About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at our Saarbrücken store. As a key member of our security team, you will play a vital role in protecting our customers, employees, and merchandise.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a visible presence at the entrance doors to deter theft and ensure a safe environment for everyone.
  • Collaborate with store staff to prevent losses on the sales floor and safeguard products.
  • Effectively resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Contribute to a positive and secure shopping experience for all our customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong self-motivation, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in demanding situations.
  • Experience in customer service, security, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory. Entry-level candidates are welcome.
