About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Versatel Deutschland GmbH. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of our leasing and rental agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and processing lease agreements, as well as amendments and terminations
  • Overseeing the accounts payable process, including recording incoming goods and services, and creating purchase orders
  • Coordinating with internal departments such as Controlling, Maintenance, and Legal to ensure smooth contract execution
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for contractual matters with external partners
  • Ensuring timely fulfillment of contractual obligations, managing contract documentation, and tracking deadlines
  • Managing contract data in our system, including recording, maintaining, and updating contract information

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Independent, meticulous, and structured work style
  • High level of language and text comprehension
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry or property management is an asset
  • Familiarity with contract-related matters is desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages
  • Commercial education or successful completion of a degree
