Assistant Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our team at our MAXI Autohof in Karlsdorf-Neuthard. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our shop and fuel station, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

• Support the Department Head in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless shopping experience
• Manage the daily operations of the shop and fuel station, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff supervision
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

• Proven experience in a retail or hospitality environment, preferably in a management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or a related field preferred
