Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior SAP Solution Consultant and Project Lead (m/f/d), your role will involve:

  • Providing independent, process-oriented consulting to medium and large enterprises across various sectors on SAP S/4HANA pre-implementation and implementation projects.
  • Taking technical ownership of projects and leading project teams at a technical level.
  • Designing and modeling business processes while orchestrating technical solutions and data models to effectively align with business needs.
  • Staying informed about relevant solutions, products, and integration points, particularly within SAP's offerings.
  • Coordinating the entire project lifecycle in collaboration with project management, ensuring a seamless transition from preparation to realization and ongoing innovation.
  • Facilitating the synchronization of various project workstreams to deliver cohesive and integrated solutions.
  • Developing and nurturing existing client relationships while supporting sales and pre-sales efforts.
  • Contributing to the evolution of project methodologies and collaborating with stakeholders, including project managers and Centers of Excellence.
  • Depending on project requirements, working on-site with clients, at our offices, or remotely.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of six years of experience in SAP consulting, ideally across multiple modules and industries.
  • Strong competencies in both business and technical aspects of integrated solutions.
  • A value-driven approach that aligns with customer strategies and objectives.
  • Experience in leading projects from a technical standpoint.
  • In-depth knowledge of designing and implementing solutions based on the SAP product suite, particularly S/4HANA, with familiarity in Cloud/BTP environments being advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, coupled with a professional demeanor.
  • A willingness to travel 2 to 4 days a week, as required by project needs.
