As a family-owned enterprise, it has evolved into a global entity with approximately 1600 employees across this vital supply chain. CRONIMET is recognized worldwide for its expertise in stainless steel scrap, ferroalloys, and primary metals, operating on six continents with around 70 branches, subsidiaries, and representations in the global procurement and sales markets for secondary raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating M&A transactions
  • Managing projects (including documentation, scheduling, and tracking)
  • Providing assistance to the legal department on matters pertaining to the corporation's business operations, both domestically and internationally, particularly in general civil law and economic law
  • Drafting and reviewing confidentiality agreements and documents related to M&A transactions
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and decision templates for departmental management, various committees, and senior executives

Your Qualifications:

  • A degree in law, business law, or economics, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an internationally operating company, a prominent law firm, a consulting firm, or an auditing firm.
  • A high degree of autonomy, initiative, teamwork, and a blend of analytical and economic thinking.
  • Fluency in English for negotiation purposes.
  • Ability to convey complex legal issues in a clear and comprehensible manner, especially for non-lawyers.
  • An interest in business-related contexts.
