Scrum Master (m/w/d)
In Vollzeit (40 Stunden pro Woche)

Deine Aufgaben:
Als Teil des Scrum Master Teams bist du verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung unserer agilen Organisation. Du entwickelst Konzepte, Methoden und Werkzeuge für das agile Projektmanagement und die agile Transformation bei Tele Columbus und vermittelst diese in Trainings, Workshops und Coachings an unsere Mitarbeiter.
Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im agilen Projekt- und Produktmanagement mit und hast umfangreiche Kenntnisse in agilen Entwicklungsmethoden, insbesondere Scrum, Kanban und Lean, auch in skalierten Umgebungen. Der Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools ist dir vertraut, und du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
