Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Steuerexperten (w/m/d) für eine komplexe und eigenständige Position bei unserem Mandanten, einem finanziell sehr gut aufgestellten Unternehmen.

Aufgabenbereich:

  • Besprechung von Sonderthemen direkt mit dem Eigentümer
  • Steuerliche Beurteilung von Umstrukturierungen (auch grenzüberschreitend)
  • Koordinierung mit nationalen als auch internationalen externen Beratern
  • Betriebsprüfungen
  • Darlehensbeziehungen zu den Portfoliogesellschaften

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Steuerberater-Examen (oder langjährige Berufserfahrung - bestenfalls BIG4 und Inhouse-Erfahrung)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Breites und fundiertes Steuerwissen
