Wir suchen eine motivierte und kreative Person, die sich für die digitale Musikbranche begeistert und Erfahrungen im Bereich Audio/Video Streaming und Social Media mitbringt.
Aufgaben:- Unterstützung im Daily Business rund um das Thema Content & Videoplattformen
- Verantwortung für das Content-Management von Videos (Long- & Short-Form) auf Plattformen wie z.B. YouTube
- Unterstützung des Teams im Channel-Management und bei der Video-Optimierung (z.B. Video-Uploads, Release-Organisation, Kanalpflege, SEO und Playlisten-Erstellung)
- Verantwortung für das Reporting und regelmäßige Performance-Analysen unserer Kanäle
- Erstellung von Foto- und Videobeiträgen für unsere Künstler:innen-Kanäle mit Photoshop und Premiere
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team bei der Beratung von Künstler:innen und Labels bzgl. optimaler Video- & Content-Strategien
- Direkter Kontakt mit nationalen & internationalen Labels bzgl. Musikvideo-Releases
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich Audio/Video Streaming und Social Media (z.B. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram und Facebook)
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Word und Excel (z.B. Erstellen von Tabellen und einfachen Formeln)
- Interesse an Trends und Social Media sowie Fähigkeit, Ideen selbstständig und konzentriert in die Tat umzusetzen
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Photoshop und Premiere, bestenfalls auch mit After Effects
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
- Erfahrungen im digitalen Musikgeschäft und verschiedenen Arbeitsprozessen in einem Musikunternehmen
- Praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Musiklabels und -verlagen
- Strategisches Content Marketing und digitale Vermarktung von Musik
- Umfangreiches Wissen über Erfolgspraktiken auf YouTube, TikTok, Instagram & Facebook
