Job Summary

Windmöller & Hölscher KG is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our team in North America. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our equipment at customer production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of new machinery, including cabling, start-up, commissioning, and fault diagnosis.
  • Lead teams of riggers during installation and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of existing equipment.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting and maintenance advice and training to operators and maintenance staff.
  • Perform extensive preventive maintenance, audits, and service on our line of Printing Presses.

Requirements

  • A degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in a comparable service or electrical maintenance position.
  • Good English skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical controls, wiring, PLCs, motors, and drives.
  • Computer proficiency with a good understanding of computer-based control systems and basic network knowledge.
