As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day running of IT services across multiple entities and locations in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage IT Resources: You will lead, mentor, and manage local IT support resources, including external service providers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
- Participate in Regional and Global Initiatives: You will actively participate in and deliver regional and global IT initiatives in the countries, ensuring alignment with global IT and business requirements.
- IT Service Delivery: You will ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day running of IT services, including planning, developing, and implementing the IT budget in line with global, regional IT, and business requirements.
- Project Delivery: You will ensure that projects are delivered to the agreed quality, delivery date, and cost targets, and that supplier and contract negotiation is conducted to ensure cost-effectiveness and requirement suitability.
- Reporting and Compliance: You will comply with internal business and IT reporting requirements, ensuring that all necessary reports are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: You have sufficient professional experience as a Senior IT Engineer, with strong technical knowledge across the IT landscape.
- Leadership and Management: You have the ability to lead and manage people with direction and motivation, and can dive into technical details and offer hands-on support when necessary.
- Change Management: You can manage change and assist organizational adaptation of changes, and have a passion for IT and Service Excellence.
- Cyber Security and Compliance: You have knowledge and understanding of the importance of Cyber Security, Compliance, and Data protection.
- Communication and Analytical Skills: You have strong social skills in dealing with people at all levels, can communicate effectively, and have good analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
