Verkäufer im Telekom Shop (m/w/d)

AUFGABEN
  • Durchführung von kundenorientierten Beratungsgesprächen mit dem Ziel des Verkaufsabschlusses
  • Verantwortung für die ansprechende Präsentation der Produkte im Verkaufsbereich
  • Verkauf von Standardprodukten sowie Dienstleistungen (einschließlich Kassiervorgang) und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen und Bearbeitung von Kulanzanträgen
  • Unterstützung bei Verkaufsaktionen und eigenverantwortliche Aktualisierung des erforderlichen Fachwissens
KENNTNISSE
  • Idealerweise eine Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel oder Verkauf (z.B. als Verkäufer / Verkäuferin (m/w/d), Fachverkäufer / Fachverkäuferin (m/w/d), Kaufmann / Kauffrau (m/w/d) für Einzelhandel etc.), jedoch sind auch Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) herzlich willkommen
  • Begeisterung für den Verkauf technischer Produkte und Lösungen im Mobilfunk- und Telekommunikationsbereich
  • Kenntnisse über die Produktpalette der Telekom oder die Bereitschaft, sich diese anzueignen
  • Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild sowie ausgeprägte Verkaufs- und Verhandlungskompetenzen
  • Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sind von Vorteil
