Project Leader for Offshore Initiatives

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a proficient individual to take on the role of Total Project Manager for Offshore Projects within our expanding Offshore division. This position entails overseeing the development of converter stations that facilitate the transfer of offshore wind energy to land.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full accountability for project execution from the moment of contract agreement with clients.
  • Ensure that all technical, commercial, and legal components, alongside health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) standards, as well as quality assurance, are thoroughly addressed.
  • Collaborate effectively with NEPTUN SMULDERS' manufacturing facilities.
  • Deliver consistent progress updates to the project control committee and NEPTUN SMULDERS' management team.

Qualifications:
  • A degree in a relevant technical discipline, coupled with substantial experience in Offshore projects, particularly in the construction of converter stations.
  • Proven track record in competitive project bidding.
  • Experience managing at least one converter station project as a total project manager or technical project leader.
  • Ability to assemble and lead a high-performing team.
  • Demonstrated solution-oriented mindset and structured approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English for effective negotiations.
  • Demonstrated willingness, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
