About the Role:

As a member of our Regional Credit and Operations Department, you will play a vital role in supporting our credit business across Europe and South America. This department is essential in identifying potential risks and opportunities while enhancing efficiency and streamlining processes within the credit domain.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting in various departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborating on cross-functional projects within the region, working alongside colleagues from different functions and local markets.
  • Preparing meeting agendas and presentations, as well as coordinating monthly discussions with local credit leaders.
  • Creating training materials for local teams.
  • Generating internal reports for departmental use.
  • Organizing and managing the department's SharePoint resources.
  • Overseeing the department's presence on our internal social platform.
  • Gaining insights into financial analysis processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in corporate finance is preferred.
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual abilities.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
  • Reside near Stuttgart to facilitate integration and collaboration.
