Position Summary:
In this role, reporting directly to the Service Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to Echosens clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland regarding all service-related inquiries.
- Coordinating and executing maintenance and service agreements at client locations in the specified regions, ensuring compliance with the annual calibration schedule for Echosens Fibroscan devices.
- Diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment or overseeing repairs at designated facilities when necessary.
- Identifying new sales prospects during customer interactions and collaborating closely with the Sales and administrative teams.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system for each service case.
- Adhering to medical device regulatory guidelines.
- Reporting service activities to both the Service Manager and the Sales Director.
- Working in conjunction with the office-based administrative team to synchronize service operations.
Candidate Profile:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician, preferably within the medical device sector.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Fluency in German, with proficiency in English being a plus.
- A 2- or 3-year post-secondary diploma in electrotechnics.
- A valid driving license, with a company vehicle included in the compensation package.
- The ability to work from home and travel nationally and to neighboring countries up to 60% of the time.
