Are you an experienced front-end developer with a strong affinity for React and a dedication to UI/UX quality? Join Invia Group to take the lead in establishing and enforcing front-end development standards and best practices. In your role as a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will ensure adherence to UI/UX principles, enhance performance, and guide fellow developers in honing their skills. Your Responsibilities- Establishing and implementing standards and best practices for front-end development utilizing React across the organization.
- Monitoring compliance with UI/UX standards, optimizing performance, and ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines.
- Conducting code reviews and offering constructive feedback to fellow front-end developers.
- Providing training and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers to enhance their React expertise.
- Engaging in problem-solving for intricate technical challenges within the front-end domain through coding and guidance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to comprehend requirements and devise technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in front-end development with React, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Thorough understanding of React specifications and experience in creating and optimizing engaging user interfaces.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing UI/UX standards, performance optimization, and best practices for React.
- Strong skills in conducting code reviews and delivering constructive feedback.
- Experience in mentoring front-end developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address complex technical challenges in the front-end space.
- A collaborative mindset and effective communication skills for working with diverse teams.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently, including in an agile environment.
