Position: Biomass Heat and Power Plant Operations Manager

ETA Personal GmbH is seeking a qualified professional to manage the operations of our biomass heat and power facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the plant operates efficiently, while overseeing staff and contractors, and upholding safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the biomass heat and power facility
  • Ensure operations align with technical and economic standards
  • Monitor plant performance to maximize efficiency and profitability
  • Supervise staff scheduling and management of external contractors
  • Maintain high standards of workplace safety, health, environmental protection, and energy efficiency
  • Plan, implement, and oversee maintenance and revision activities
  • Compile reports and documentation for performance evaluation and regulatory compliance
Essential Qualifications:
  • Technical background with relevant experience in power engineering or similar fields
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide teams effectively
  • Competence in MS Office and proficient English communication skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities and excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach
