• Ongoing operational management of IT infrastructure at our designated locations and within the Cloud environment (Microsoft Azure).
• Guaranteeing the reliability of all services, including networks, firewalls, virtualization, and storage solutions.
• Strategizing and implementing upgrades and transitions of IT systems and applications to the Cloud (MS Azure or SaaS).
• Creating comprehensive documentation for IT infrastructure processes and protocols.
• Enhancing solutions for secure On-Premise and Cloud operations.
• Providing support to IT teams and departments through expert error analysis and resolution.

Your qualifications should include:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of VMware ESXi, Cisco Switches, Firewalls, NetApp Storage, as well as Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proven experience in refining IT service processes.
• Capability to work autonomously and with a solution-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in both English and German languages.
