About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service & Support Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage customer projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical departments, to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and other customer-facing documents.
  • Manage customer data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Participate in customer meetings, events, and conferences to build relationships and promote our services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
