iOS Software Engineer

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced iOS Engineer to play a key role in delivering our native iOS application roadmap. As a greenfield project, you will have a significant influence on the application's design and development, joining a rapidly growing team. Your expertise in Swift, UIKit, and Foundation will be crucial in delivering high-quality features and maintaining a robust codebase.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain features across Flink's mobile applications;
- Participate in discussions and planning of new features, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
- Work closely with other teams to deliver value to end-users, prioritizing seamless user experiences;
- Contribute to maintaining organization, test automation, and code quality, ensuring the best possible application performance and reliability;
- Active participation in the iOS release process, ensuring timely and successful deployments.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in building iOS applications in Swift, with a strong knowledge of iOS mobile development (UIKit, Foundation), protocol-oriented programming in Swift;
- Experience working on large codebases, applying design patterns other than MVC (MVVM);
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for solving complex problems and ensuring team success;
- Experience with CI/CD (Bitrise) and release process (Runway) is a plus;
- Passion for well-structured, readable, and testable code, with experience in functional programming a plus;
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership and ensuring team members' success.
