Resident Engineer HIL

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative software engineer to join our team at Da Vinci Engineering GmbH. As a Resident Engineer HIL, you will play a key role in the development and integration of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving (AD) systems used in hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) setups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate, verify, and support a tool for vision perception features within ADAS/AD systems used in HIL setups
• Develop test scenarios and test cases to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability
• Design and implement software tools using mainly Python and C programming languages
• Provide first-line support on customer sites to analyze and resolve problem reports
• Lead your own work forward by exploring new ideas and experimenting with innovative solutions to benefit the product and customers
• Influence the product and your work by contributing to the product backlog

Requirements:

• A Master of Science in Computer Science or equivalent field
• Software development experience with a strong interest in programming, preferably in C, C++, and Python
• Knowledge and/or great interest in software test tools and HIL
• Knowledge and/or great interest in software and system-level testing
• Fluent in English
