Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter (m/f/d) to join our team at TERO System Rohrbau GmbH - Ratingen. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for inspecting, evaluating, and preparing parts to be painted, as well as preparing components for painting and applying paint using spray guns and airless equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and evaluate parts to be painted to ensure quality and accuracy
- Prepare components for painting by cleaning, masking, and mixing paint as per instructions
- Apply paint using spray guns and airless equipment to meet quality and production standards
- Work from technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient painting
- Independently check paint thickness on finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Complete work and quality documents to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment to ensure optimal performance
Requirements:
- Punctuality and reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments
- Completed training as an Industrial Painter (m/f/d) or equivalent experience
- Work experience as a painter in a similar industry or environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Shift availability (2-shift operation) to meet production demands
- High quality awareness and manual skills to ensure accurate and efficient painting
- German language skills (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with colleagues and management
- Forklift license is a plus for efficient material handling
