What to Expect
  • You will lead the implementation of Lean Construction as a method and the associated mindset on the construction site
  • You will be responsible for planning, moderating, and evaluating Lean workshops on the construction site (including regular onboarding of new colleagues)
  • You will demonstrate the construction progress and team culture through the application and measurement of KPIs
  • You will identify interfaces between construction site teams and communicate them to relevant stakeholders
  • You will be responsible for project-wide and continuous improvement and optimization of our LEAN method and tools
  • You will work closely with project managers and have a strong coordination with the scheduling team
Requirements
  • You have a completed commercial or technical education
  • You can demonstrate relevant experience in agile working methods and/or Lean Construction Management
  • You enjoy teamwork and are enthusiastic about Lean and change processes
  • Your work style is characterized by moderation and assertiveness
  • You are structured, communicative, courageous, and willing to learn
  • You have the ability to quickly understand complex relationships and present them visually. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams) is beneficial, as is knowledge of systems like Miro; Koppla or IT affinity
