Your Responsibilities
If you approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, the role of IT Audit Assistant Manager is an excellent fit for you:
- Support the IT-related audit of consolidated and annual financial statements, while shaping innovative solutions for the IT audit sector with relevant topic and team responsibilities.
- Conduct audits of complex accounting-relevant IT systems, IT-supported business processes, IT organizations, and IT infrastructures, as well as provide consultancy on the application of data analytics in financial audits according to national and international auditing standards.
- Engage in client discussions on various IT topics, maintaining an overview of the overall audit process. You will enhance collaboration between audit teams and IT specialists.
- Establish and develop a specialized professional network and create training programs focused on IT audit topics.
- Your work will lay a foundational role in controlled and data-driven financial audits, which requires a high level of responsibility. Additionally, your involvement in ESG-related areas will contribute to socially relevant initiatives from the outset.
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Natural Sciences.
- As our work is fundamentally a "People Business," you possess strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships with others.
- You are capable of organizing yourself independently, including in a remote work environment, and are willing to travel occasionally to conduct on-site audits and consultations for our clients.
- You have two to four years of professional experience in auditing accounting-relevant systems according to ISA 315, analyzing IT process topics, and possess foundational knowledge of both external and internal accounting. You bring expertise in IT-related audit topics, such as IT auditing.
- Qualifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or a comparable international certification are advantageous.
- You possess analytical skills to comprehend complex issues and are eager to explore new subject areas while guiding colleagues along the way.
- A proficient command of SAP is essential, and experience with other common ERP systems is preferred.
- You are fluent in German at C1 level and English at B2 level.
