Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Mechatroniker:in for the operational maintenance of our production facilities in Wiesbaden. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our production equipment and machinery. You will work primarily in the day shift, but may also be required to work in the evening shift or on weekends and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lokalisierung, Diagnose und Beseitigung von Fehlern an Produktionsanlagen
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an elektrischen, steuerungstechnischen, hydraulischen und pneumatischen Systemen sowie mechanischen Baugruppen unseres Maschinen- und Anlagenparks
  • Übernahme von Kalibrierungen und vorbeugenden Wartungsarbeiten
  • Tätigkeiten zur Sicherstellung von Anlagen vor der Ausführung von Reparatur- oder Wartungsarbeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer Produktionsanlagen
  • Ausführung kleinerer technischer Anlagenmodifikationen
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Arbeitsaufträgen im ERP-System (SAP-PM)

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker:in oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
  • Selbständige, organisierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Lösungsorientierte Denkweise und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Stark ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Kenntnisse in SPS und PLS
  • Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, sich problemlos auf neue Situationen einzustellen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse

Preferred Qualifications

  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der chemischen oder artverwandten Industrie
  • Grundlagen in Englisch wünschenswert
