Job Summary
Nordex Group is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Platform Manager to join our dynamic and international team. As a key member of our global IT department, you will be responsible for the ownership and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform, supporting business and IT processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Ownership and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration with other IT services, such as SAP.
- Backlog management and requirements analysis for new ServiceNow workflows, project preparation, and implementation.
- Steering of ServiceNow-related projects, including Change and Release Management.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement of integrations to other IT services.
- 2nd Level support of the platform and coordination of external support and development teams.
- Maintaining a close relationship with our business key users and stakeholders.
- Development of user training concepts and documentation.
- Continuous knowledge improvement of ServiceNow-related technology, standards, and best practices.
Your Profile
- University degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other equivalent education.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, preferably in managing enterprise applications in a cloud environment, with ServiceNow experience being a plus.
- Technical knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
- A passion for customer-driven and result-oriented work.
- Knowledge in support processes (ITIL) and project management methodology (PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Preference for a hybrid work model with 2-3 days per week at the office and the rest working remotely.
- Excellent skills in English, with German, Spanish, or other languages being an additional benefit.
