Du bringst bereits Erfahrung in der Implementierung von RPA-Projekten mit und hast ein Interesse an innovativen Automatisierungstechnologien? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Als Consultant spielst du eine zentrale Rolle für den Erfolg unseres Unternehmens und agierst an der Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachabteilungen und der IT. Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung und Durchführung unserer RPA-Projekte und fungierst als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden in technischen Belangen. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Strategische Beratung im Bereich der Digitalisierung von Abläufen und Organisationen, Verbesserung von IT-gestützten Geschäftsprozessen durch RPA-Lösungen oder andere Technologien.
  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Ausrichtung, Gestaltung und Implementierung von RPA-Lösungen.
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Automatisierung.
  • Durchführung von Workshops, Machbarkeitsanalysen, Konzeptentwicklung und Umsetzung von Proof-of-Concepts sowie Pilotprojekten für RPA-Lösungen.
  • Beratung und Begleitung der Projektumsetzung in kundenorientierten Rollen (z.B. als Product Owner) und Unterstützung bei der Projektplanung im Rahmen der Umsetzung digitaler Strategien.

DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung.
  • Erfahrung in RPA-Projekten oder Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Implementierung von Automatisierungstechnologien.
  • Kenntnisse in der Softwarearchitektur und -entwicklung.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Anforderungsmanagement und Prozessmodellierung sowie Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Workshops.
  • Innovative Ansätze zur Lösung analytischer Herausforderungen, ausgeprägtes konzeptionelles und analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und hohe Leistungsbereitschaft.
  • Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Reisen.
