About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at RABOT Charge GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Optimize Digital Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords, and analyze data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ad Copy Creation and Optimization: Develop and optimize ad copy for Responsive Search Ads to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
  • Remarketing and Retargeting: Set up and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage users and increase conversions.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
  • Monitor Campaign Performance: Track and analyze daily campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Identify Trends and Insights: Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and implement bid management strategies to optimize ad spend and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct regular A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to continuously improve performance.
Budget and Reporting
  • Manage Campaign Budgets: Effectively manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to ensure optimal spend and performance.
  • Prepare Performance Reports: Prepare concise, clear, and insightful reports on campaign performance and optimization opportunities, to be shared with company leadership.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field of study, such as math, statistics, sciences, engineering, or business.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Demonstrated experience with keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and A/B testing, as well as proficiency in using Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Excel, and other relevant tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
