About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas
• Accurately receive, stock, and merchandise products, ensuring accurate inventory levels
• Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; sales or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
