We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at PolyTALENT GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and issuing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining master data.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the supply of raw materials and purchased parts
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date master data, including item creation and pricing
- Identify and implement cost-saving and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement processes
- Several years of experience in procurement or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the plastics industry and its trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
