Job Title: Senior Technology Manager - Power Electronics

Eaton Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Manager to lead our Power Electronics Technologies Department. As a key member of our Corporate Research Organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing advanced technology projects leveraging German and European government funding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute technology projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic guidance and coaching to the Power Electronics Technologies Department.
  • Champion technology realization programs utilizing our internal project execution processes.
  • Facilitate communication and cooperation between Eaton locations in the region and globally.
Requirements:
  • PhD or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' industrial experience in power and energy systems area.
  • Solid R&D experience in power electronics, power systems, DC distribution, microgrids, protection, power conversion, renewable energy integration, motor controls and drives, electrification of vehicles and aircraft.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing EU and German government funded projects.
  • Experience in managing power electronics lab/experimental infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in program management, new product development & innovation process.
