Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee the professional and economic advancement of the occupational medicine division while leading a team of occupational health professionals.
• Encourage collaboration between your team and the fields of safety engineering and health management.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new staff and coordinate the professional training and development of your team.
• Provide expert advice to organizations on specific matters related to occupational medicine.

Candidate Requirements:

• Preferably possess leadership experience or a clear understanding of effective leadership practices.
• Hold a specialist qualification (m/f/d) in occupational medicine or an additional credential in corporate health.
• Demonstrate experience in delivering occupational medical guidance and support to organizations, with a strong focus on customer service.
