We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Apothekenvertreter to join our team in the field of Ophthalmologie. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Independent management of pharmacies in the region
• Successful implementation of sales, market share, and distribution targets
• Application consulting and implementation of customer-specific sales promotions
• Analysis of the region regarding own time targets and market and competitor development
• Organization and implementation of training sessions in pharmacies
• Regular collection and maintenance of customer database
• Participation in conferences, trade fairs, and internal training sessions

The ideal candidate will have:

• A successful completion of a commercial or scientific studies or a comparable training in this field, as well as sales experience in the pharmacy sector
• Ability to work analytically and structurally in the field of sales management and potential exploitation in their own region
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, good negotiation skills, and high motivation and willingness to take on challenges
• Ability to work independently and self-responsibly, with a positive attitude and high
