In our organization, we are currently seeking a dedicated individual for the position of

Administrative Specialist (m/f/d) (Personnel Administration) (538,- Euro Basis)

Your Responsibilities: (depending on the area of deployment)

  • Data entry and maintenance of personnel records in SAP
  • Coordination with departments and, if necessary, authorities
  • Documentation entry and categorization in SAP
  • Assistance with back-office tasks or general administrative duties

Your Profile:

  • Commercial training is desirable
  • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office; proficiency in MS Office and English is advantageous
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills
  • You are capable of integration and teamwork
  • Proactivity, flexibility, and resilience complete your profile

Working Hours: Monday to Friday during regular business hours
