ELA Container, a leading provider of innovative container solutions, is seeking a talented Web Designer - UX/UI to elevate the user experience on our corporate websites.
As a key member of our digital team, you will play a vital role in shaping the online presence of our global brand. Your expertise in user-centered design principles and technical proficiency will ensure seamless and engaging experiences for our website visitors.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design intuitive website layouts and grids, ensuring optimal user navigation and visual appeal.
- Develop compelling UX/UI concepts that align with brand guidelines and cater to diverse audiences across national and international markets.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technical specialists, to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the overall business strategy.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously optimize website performance and user engagement.
- Create interactive prototypes and click dummies to demonstrate proposed UX/UI improvements and gather valuable feedback.
- Maintain and update the company's web style guide, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards across all digital platforms.
Your Qualifications:
- A recognized degree in Digital & Print Media Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Designer specializing in UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, React, and other relevant web development technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and current design trends.
- A passion for aesthetics, user behavior, and creating intuitive digital experiences.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards is a significant advantage.
