Program Overview
The PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program designed for committed Bachelor graduates who aim to complete a Master's degree. The program offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience, develop planning strategies, and improve production planning while working in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop planning strategies with internal interfaces to determine demand quantities and delivery dates while adhering to defined production models.
- Continuously improve production planning based on capacity availability, setup sequence, and priority.
- Create customer call-off forecasts based on past planning cycles and AI-supported indicators, and proactively take measures to fulfill deliveries in case of difficulties.
- Participate in improvement projects and strategic initiatives within the Supply Chain, contributing to the company's success.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Above-average completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable Logistics course with the aim of pursuing a Master's degree.
- Personality and Work Style: Strong communication skills, teamwork, responsibility, initiative, goal-oriented and structured work approach with a high degree of independence and a hands-on mentality.
- Experiences and Know-how: Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge advantageous, and ideally some experience in the logistics field.
- Languages: Very good proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
