IT Support Specialist (all genders) - 1st Level Service Desk

Aufgaben
• Nach einer umfassenden Einarbeitung sind Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für den telefonischen 1st Level Support in deutscher Sprache verantwortlich.


• Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die qualifizierte Entgegennahme von Störungsmeldungen, die Dokumentation im Ticketsystem sowie die Priorisierung und Klassifizierung der Anfragen. Zudem bearbeiten Sie Probleme und finden Lösungen mithilfe von Remote-Tools.


• Der Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit liegt im Support gängiger Hard- und Software, insbesondere im Microsoft-Umfeld, sowie in der Durchführung definierter 2nd Level-Tätigkeiten, wie z.B. Softwarezuweisungen über SCCM und die Betreuung von Videokonferenzsystemen.


• Wir legen großen Wert auf eine gute Teamarbeit. Regelmäßiger Wissensaustausch und die Pflege der Wissensdatenbank sind ebenso wichtige Bestandteile Ihrer Rolle wie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit nachgelagerten Support-Einheiten (2nd und 3rd Level Support).

Qualifikation


• Sie haben eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, z.B. als Fachinformatiker (all genders) für Systemintegration oder IT-System-Elektroniker (all genders), und bringen fundierte Erfahrung im telefonischen Anwendersupport mit.


• Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in Standardanwendungen (MS-Office, MS-Outlook) und Client-Betriebssystemen (MS-Windows) sowie über den sicheren Umgang mit einem professionellen Ticketsystem.


• Ihre Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind zielgerichtet und verbindlich, Sie arbeiten zuverlässig und handeln stets kunden- und serviceorientiert.


• Sichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Level C1) sind erforderlich. Eine ITIL-Zertifizierung wäre wünschenswert, ist jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich. Wir bieten Ihnen gerne Schulungen an.
