Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integrity Specialist to join our team. As a Data Integrity Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance in manufacturing processes and facilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement company Data Integrity specifications to ensure that data is secure, accurate and consistent during capture, processing, storage and transmission.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve data quality.
  • Evaluate errors or inconsistencies that may have occurred during the capture, storage or transfer process.
  • Recommend, track and document solutions to problems.
  • Monitor compliance with regulations relating to the collection and storage of data.
  • Establish and enforce security policies to protect sensitive data from loss or unauthorized access.
  • Investigate data integrity breaches.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documents.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT, Database Management or similar field.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/medical technology environment is ideal.
  • Knowledge of electronic records and signatures (data integrity) requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11.
  • Good communication skills and an independent way of working.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills.
