We are seeking a:

Full-Time Educator (m/f/d)

Your role will encompass:

• Delivering educational sessions and managing all associated responsibilities related to course delivery
• Overseeing state examinations
• Providing guidance and support to students
• Collaborating closely with our full-time clinical educators
• Supervising clinical practice for our trainees
• Engaging with our partner organizations
• Facilitating practical training workshops
• Participating in educational excursions, team discussions, and collaborative groups
• Involvement in public relations initiatives

• Completed training as an OTA or as a registered nurse with a focus on surgical nursing
• A qualification in Vocational Education, Medical Education, or Nursing Education (Bachelor/Master/Diploma)
• Relevant professional experience in the specified areas of responsibility
• Strong teamwork abilities and resilience, alongside technical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
• A keen interest in implementing innovative educational strategies (E-learning, Blended Learning, Project-Based Learning)
• A proactive approach to contributing to the development of a modern OTA training curriculum
• Collaborative and constructive engagement with all stakeholders involved in the training process
• A passion for public relations activities
