Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Production Specialist to join our team at aba Logistics GmbH in Hamm. As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth production process and maintaining the quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare production areas and equipment for production runs
- Supply, transport, and store raw materials and finished goods
- Mix and dose chemicals, raw materials, and semi-finished products according to established recipes
- Load and operate machinery and equipment
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Identify and resolve production issues and discrepancies
- Document production results and performance metrics
- Completed vocational training as a Production Specialist or equivalent
- Previous experience in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility
- Possession of a forklift license (desirable)
- Valid driver's license (class B)
- Proficient in German language
