Unsere Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-Experten, der unsere IT-Abteilung leiten und unsere digitale Transformation vorantreiben kann.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau der neu entstandenen Abteilung "IT Core Design" inkl. fachlicher und disziplinarischer Führung von perspektivisch bis zu 20 Mitarbeitern
  • Verantwortung des zentralen Anforderungsmanagements sowie Projektleitung für den gesamten Bereich der IT Core Services (bestehend aus 5 Abteilungen mit Verantwortung für Support-Bereiche, Basis-Infrastruktur, Server- und Applikationsbetreuung)
  • Verantwortung des IT Service Managements (u.a. Service Catalogue-, Incident-, Problem- & Change Management)
  • Optionale Übernahme der Verantwortung für die übergreifende Core Architektur und technische IT-Security
  • Sicherstellung der einheitlichen Implementierung und Anwendung gegebener Standards hin zu einer belastbaren, kennzahlenbasierten Steuerung
  • Strategische Ausrichtung und Ausgestaltung des gesamten Leistungsbereichs

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufspraxis in Support oder Beratung zu ITSM-Prozessen nach ITIL
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten im Betriebs- und Servicebereich
  • Praktische Erfahrungen in der Führung von Teams mit der Fähigkeit, ein positives und konstruktives Arbeitsumfeld für die Mitarbeiter zu schaffen
  • Präsentationsstärke und konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen mit Kosten- / Nutzen-Fokus
  • Zielgruppenspezifische Kommunikationsfähigkeit hinsichtlich fachlicher / technischer Kommunikation an das Team und Entscheidungsvorbereitung auf Managementebene
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hands-on-Mentalität
