Facility Oversight
- System Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose and rectify issues in technical systems within the facility.
- Supervise and coordinate the upkeep of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations.
- Conduct necessary electrical inspections within the organization.
- Manage daily technical operations to ensure all systems function smoothly.
- Installations and Assistance: Carry out installations and assembly tasks for new systems or expansions, including electrical systems and janitorial services.
- Support the Business Services team with various activities such as team events and site visits.
- Coordination and Record-Keeping: Liaise with external service providers for repairs and inspections.
- Oversee the inventory of spare parts and materials required for maintenance.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections thoroughly.
- Safety and Compliance: Assess and enforce safety measures and fire protection systems.
- Ensure adherence to legal standards and guidelines.
- Monitor energy supply systems and consumption metrics.
Logistics Management:
- Coordinate the delivery of supplies and manage waste disposal processes.
- Oversee the refilling, packing, labeling, and distribution of gas cylinders across Europe.
- Manage online shipping operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to guarantee timely and efficient delivery.
- Handle the logistics of Precursor Kits for global customers, including pipetting, packaging, labeling, and shipping.
- Completed technical vocational training or relevant studies.
- Certification as an electrical specialist.
- Strong technical expertise in facility management systems.
- Practical experience with minor electrical repairs and installations.
- Over 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with maintenance of safety equipment.
- Experience in logistics operations, particularly with hazardous materials.
