We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Safety Specialist to join our team at KEMNA BAU Andreae GmbH & Co. KG.

• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the implementation and enforcement of all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to workplace safety, health, and environmental protection.
• Health and Safety Coordination: Develop and maintain a comprehensive health and safety management system, including the identification, assessment, and control of hazards.
• Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and incidents, as well as develop and implement corrective action plans.

• Education and Experience: A degree in a relevant field (e.g., occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations, laws, and industry standards; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
