Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in need of intensive care, including those who require ventilation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
• Develop and implement strategies to promote patient independence and self-care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in intensive care

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Experience working in intensive care or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
