We are currently seeking a Deputy Department Head (m/w/d) Surgery to join our team.

• Completed training as a nursing professional (m/w/d)
• Several years of experience in nursing, preferably in surgery
• Additional qualification as a department head or studies in healthcare management (desirable)
• Member-oriented, cooperative leadership style with a team-oriented approach
• Interest in actively shaping nursing and organizational processes
