We are currently in search of a qualified individual to enhance our Development and Production team in Gütersloh. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of enthusiasm for innovation and the capability to leverage their technical skills in a resourceful and economically sound manner.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour role will encompass:
- Overseeing and refreshing master data along with technical documentation
- Processing documents related to product maintenance and development
- Creating and managing items, assemblies, and products within the ERP system
- Formulating and revising bills of materials in the ERP system
- Executing modifications to items, assemblies, and bills of materials in the ERP system
- Drafting and revising production instructions and data maintenance guidelines
Essential skills and experience include:
- Completed vocational training in a commercial field with technical exposure or a technical qualification paired with business acumen
- Extensive experience with ERP systems, preferably SAGE
- Proven track record in managing intricate item master data
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented, organized, and independent work style
- Strong time management capabilities, even for extended projects
- Friendly and confident interpersonal skills
- Assertiveness, teamwork, and excellent communication abilities with colleagues
- Fluency in both German and English (minimum level A2) in written and spoken forms
- Familiarity with CAD is a plus, or a willingness to learn
