Your Responsibilities - Keep Things Interesting

• Support, care, and development of young children
• Preparation of activities and educational measures to support social behavior, for example
• Documenting, analyzing, and assessing measures and outcomes based on educational principles
• Creating educational plans
• Reflecting on the educational work of the team
• Effective and confident communication with parents

Your Qualifications - A Give and Take Situation

• Completed training as a Child Educator, Child Educator, Education Scientist or a degree in Education Science or Social Work
• A respectful and loving approach to children and their parents is second nature to you
• Passion, empathy, and creativity for working with children
