CNC Machinist

• Operate CNC machines for turning, milling, or grinding with precision and accuracy.
• Manufacture high-quality precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Program machines independently using advanced software and tools.
• Turn workpieces based on drawings and tolerances, ensuring precise measurements and quality control.
• Perform general tasks in turning, milling, and grinding, including setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment.

• Completed training as a machinist or similar, with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and manufacturing principles.
• Experience with CNC machines, including programming, operation, and maintenance.
• Strong programming skills, with proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and machine programming languages.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Knowledge of material properties, tolerance, and hardness specifications, with a focus on precision and quality control.
• Reliability, resilience, and accountability, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Team player with strong communication skills, able to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve common goals.
• Structured and diligent work ethic, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Proficiency in German (C1 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Permanent full-time position with competitive pay, starting at €22.00 per hour.
