About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and external partners
  • Coordinating general email and mail correspondence
  • Performing administrative and organizational tasks in the office

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic knowledge of German law and regulations (§34a GewO), with the option to complete training upon hiring
  • A clean police record
  • Excellent organizational skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Reliability, flexibility, and teamwork skills
  • Proficient German language skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Desirable: Good English language skills
