Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
  • Optimize store operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and customer service

Requirements
  • Relevant business or retail management experience, preferably with a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, including sales, marketing, and finance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
