Program Director for Accelerator Programs

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our startup accelerator programs in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing programs that support the growth and scaling of European startups.
Your primary focus will be on managing the planning, development, and execution of our startup accelerator programs, which include topics such as scaling, internationalization, and fundraising. You will cultivate and develop relationships with mentors, investors, and partners across national and international ecosystems.
You will design dynamic, relevant program workshops and speaker sessions that address the core needs of startups. Your role will also involve translating market knowledge, technological trends, and global best practices into learning experiences that startup founders find valuable.
Key responsibilities include scouting and engaging with European startups and partners that are a fit for our programs, working collaboratively within the program team to ensure smooth execution, and facilitating workshops and meetings with startups to understand their challenges.
You will synthesize the learnings of startups from the program, consolidate mentor feedback, and prepare reports for participants. Additionally, you will leverage and utilize modern technology to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for preparing program briefs for startups, supporting their onboarding and participation during the program, and helping them understand markets in their respective vertical through industry research and outreach.
About You- You have previous involvement with startup/innovation programs or related entrepreneurial services.
- You have past experience in a startup, with a core understanding of the challenges and opportunities of scaling a business.
- You have a growing active network within the global startup and investment community, ready to leverage for program and startup advantage.
- You approach challenges in a proactive, innovative manner, combined with resilience and a deep passion for supporting startups and fostering global innovation.
- You have confidence in presenting to and engaging with external stakeholders.
- You are a good team player and always willing to help out with additional tasks when required.
- You are willing to learn skills in cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
- You are passionate about supporting global startups with expansion, scaling, and fundraising.
- You have strong communication skills, able to work collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds, geographics, and cultures.
- You are comfortable learning to use new software tools.
- You hold a relevant degree in business administration, finance, or technical/scientific fields.
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken English. Ideal candidates are comfortable with conversational German in a business context.
- You are able to travel up to 10% of the time, primarily to Germany.
